For 50 years and running, Hoppmann Audio Visual's Service Department has supported
our clients in keeping their audio visual system performing at its optimal level. Hoppmann employs a
team of professionals with superior knowledge of the latest audio visual technologies. This
allows us to provide our clients with the enhanced support they need to ensure their
presentations and conferences are delivered flawlessly.
Hoppmann’s service programs are customized to fit the specific requirements of our client’s
audio visual system. From preventive maintenance to emergency site visits, Hoppmann
provides prompt, reliable service from industry trained and certified technicians.
Hoppmann is also an authorized service & warranty repair center for a wide range of makes,
models, and brands of audio visual and video teleconferencing equipment. This assures
our clients the proper serviceability for all the products covered by HAV, unlike many other
AV companies who are not direct or authorized to perform warranty work. They are
required to “outsource” warranty work to somebody else at an additional expense.
Hoppmann also offers options for extended warranty, meeting support, equipment
operations training as well as periodic testing and spare parts. Hoppmann is available for
